URBAN OASIS Nestled in an architecturally intriguing "new urbanist" community, this guest house has tons of natural light. You'll find that the mattress, sofa sleeper and, well, most everything is brand new. We're situated between Rocky Mountain National Park and Denver, with Boulder being our closest neighboring town. -Children under the age of four not permitted due to open stairwell.

The guest house is designed and equipped with comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, and a well-appointed kitchen, plus: - whole bean coffe - Fellow Ode coffe grinder - traditional drip coffee maker, french press, pourover - 4-person table - dedicated work desk - 75 inch 4k tv. - There's a Hepa filtration system running for pure air and no germy germs. TELEVISION We do not have cable. We do have: Netflix Amazon Prime Video Chromecast for streaming (any service) from your phone You can also bring your own cable or Netflix subscription plan and login.

Longmont has some great restaurants, check out my "hidden gems" guestbook. You want breweries? We got breweries. Most notably: Oscar Blues and Left Hand (amongst the top 50 breweries in the nation). Bootstrap Brewing and Dry Land Distillery are also high on the list. You want a hub for adventure? There's easy access to Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado skiing, Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking, biking, the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, and University of Denver.

The house is a third of a mile walk from 3 parks, a brewery, a coffee shop, several restaurants, a gym, a spa, & a barber shop. These are all inside the neighborhood and there are sidewalks throughout.
Guest Access
There is a lockbox next to the front door. There is a parking spot by the front door. Additional parking is available on Incorrigible Circle.

Walking around the neighborhood is great, with tons of shade, unique homes, and great restaurants. The multi-use path can take you anywhere in town, even all the way to Boulder (for true cyclists or ebikers).
